Ingredients



    1 12 oz bag of Tri-color Pasta
    Pepperoni - Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (abour 35 slices
    Sliced Black Olives, small can
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Green or spring onions, small bunch
    Green Bell Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cubed, 1 cup
    Good Seasonings Zesty Italian Dressing
    Olive and vinegar to use for the dressing mix

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. While past is cooking slice pepperoni in half or use the mini pepperoni. Slice mushrooms very thin. Dice peppers and onions. I like to use the little green or spring onions, using the green part as well. Use cubed cheese, if you can find it. Mix Good Seasonings Zesty Italian Dressing Mix according to directions, using olive oil. Sometimes I like to use cider vinegar for the vinegar. After pasta has cooled, mix all ingredients together.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 one half cup servings
