Ingredients

Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
Garlic, 3 clove
Basil, 1 tsp
Oregano, 1 tsp
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup
Wegmans Baby Bella Mushrooms, 4 oz
Zucchini, 1.5 cup, diced
Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 17 slices (1 serving)
Wegmans Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls(per roll), 4 serving
Mids Pizza Sauce, 1 cup
Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 1.25 cup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In skillet, brown meat over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in onion, tomato sauce, basil, garlic and Italian seasoning.
2. Add veggies (mushrooms, peppers, black olives, etc…whatever you like) and pepperoni. Add quartered biscuits; stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch-baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
(above is the original directions. I cooked turkey and in separate large non-stick pan I sauted all the veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini) before mixing all ingredients together and baking. Also cut up cresent roll dough into many smaller pieces and cut pepperoni into quarters)
