Ingredients

Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Oregano, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup
Wegmans Baby Bella Mushrooms, 4 oz
    Zucchini, 1.5 cup, diced

Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 17 slices (1 serving)
Wegmans Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls(per roll), 4 serving
    Mids Pizza Sauce, 1 cup

Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 1.25 cup

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In skillet, brown meat over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in onion, tomato sauce, basil, garlic and Italian seasoning.

2. Add veggies (mushrooms, peppers, black olives, etc…whatever you like) and pepperoni. Add quartered biscuits; stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch-baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

(above is the original directions. I cooked turkey and in separate large non-stick pan I sauted all the veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini) before mixing all ingredients together and baking. Also cut up cresent roll dough into many smaller pieces and cut pepperoni into quarters)
