Ingredients

    1 eye of round Beef
    1 Package of Onion Soup Mix
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Cup Chopped onions
    5 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
    1.25 cups of peeled and sliced carrots
    1 Can of Peas

Directions

Add all ingredients, except peas into crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours. 15 mins prior to serving, add drained can of peas on top. Food will bubble up to make it own gravy. Served best with biscuits
