Great if you're craving bbq and doing Atkins. Nutrition calculator comes out 10 net carbs, but alot of the sauce will stick to the bottom of the pan, so it will actually end up being much less. Ingredients

4 large short ribs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Truvia baking blend
2 tbsp worcestershire
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
I'm a southerner, so all of these measurements can be adjusted to taste. This is just an estimate of what I put in mine.
Preheat oven to 300.
Put ribs in pan (a brownie pan is the perfect size if you're just doing four ribs).
Put all other ingredients into food processor. Blend until garlic cloves are chopped.
Spread sauce all over ribs. Cover pan with foil and bake for 3 hours. Remove foil for last 30 minutes of baking to brown ribs.
Serving Size: Makes 4 large short ribs
