Ingredients

6 small chicken breasts
6 Tbls butter
3 Tbls cornstarch
1Tbls Cayenne (or paprika) or to tase
6 slices baby swiss
6 slices deli ham
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 C white wine
1Tbls cornstarch
1 C heavy cream
Tips
Serve over egg noodles, rice, etc. We've also served over chopped broccoli!
Directions
Pound chicken breasts flat
Layer 1 slice cheese and one slice ham on each breast
Roll up and secure w/toothpicks
Combine cornstarch and cayenne
Dredge chicken in cornstarch/cayenne mixture
Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat
Brown chicken rolls on all sides until lightly browned
Add chicken bouillon cube and white wine to skillet
Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes
Remove chicken to warmed plate
Combine heavy cream and cornstarch
Mix thoroughly
Add cream mixture to skillet, slowly, stirring constantly
Turn heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly until desired thickness is reached
Pour over chicken and serve
Serving Size: One breast w/sauce
