Ingredients

    Turnips, 4 medium (remove)
    Turnips, 4 small (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)
    *Aylmer whole canned tomato's, 4 cup (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    *Beef, Stew Meat, Lean, Raw, 16 oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 13 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Sautee Beef, add veggies, continue cooking, add water, com on low for few hours. Longer it is cooked, the better it will taste! Add seasoning to your liking
