Ingredients

    1 12 oz bag frozen grill chicken strips diced
    1 small red delicious apple peeled and diced
    10 red seedless grapes quartered
    1/4 cup Crasins (dried cranberries)
    1/4 cup raw walnuts chopped
    1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Tips

Serve in 1/2 a pita pocket or roll up into a Whole wheat Tortilla. Pita adds approx. 18 carbs. Tortilla adds approx. 10. READ YOUR LABEL for counts.


Directions

No cooking required. Thaw and cube or dice chicken strips. Dice apple and quarter grapes. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill and enjoy!
