Ingredients

    4 cups chopped watercress
    2 tbsp chopped onions
    120 g raw potato , peeled and thinly sliced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes.
    pepper

Tips

I usually make my own bouillon , as it easier to control my salt intake and I like to add light cream instead of yogurt. It gives a mellower taste.


Directions

Heat oil in a pot on medium heat
Add onion let them sweat but not colour
Add potato and let them sweat 2 tpo3 mns
add chicken bouillon
add 4 cups water
bring to a boil, lower the heat, adjust seasoning
being careful with the salt.
Blend in blender until smooth
Serve yogurt on the side.
