    2 large eggs
    4 oz. low-fat cream cheese
    2 tsp. Splenda (add more or less to taste)
    2 tsp. cinnamon (add more or less to taste)
    1 tbsp. unsalted butter
    4 tbsp. light whipped cream


Mix eggs, softened cream cheese, Splenda & cinnamon in a blender on high for two minutes or until smooth.
Melt butter in a small, skillet.
Pour half of egg mixture into skillet.
Flip when edges start to bubble.
Cook for two minutes or when french toast is firm.
Pour remaining egg mixture into skillet & repeat cooking instruction.
Serve with whipped cream.
