    130 g steel cut oats
    9 fl oz unsweetened almond milk, vanilla
    6 fl oz water
    1 T agave nectar
    1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste, it's not something I measure)

Tips

Serve hot with milk, mixed berries, and a sprinkle of chopped pecans. Track the calories for these items separately. Steel cut oats store nicely in the refrigerator. Put additional servings in microwave-safe containers, refrigerate, and then microwave for 1-1/2 minutes when needed.


Directions

Mix ingredients in rice cooker. Select "Porridge" from menu. Set timer to be done at 5am.
