    8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, reduced fat
    3 sticks salted butter
    3 cups granulated sugar
    6 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 oz. rum
    1 Tbsp. orange zest


If using a convection oven, set 10-inch tube pan in cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 5-10 minutes.


Grease and flour 1- 10 inch tube pan. Set aside. Ina large mixing bowl, blend the first 3 ingredients until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour a little at a time until thoroughly blended. Add flavorings and zest. Pour into prepared 10 inch tube pan. Put in a cold oven and start baking at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 300 Degrees and bake 45 minutes longer or until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake. Let cool in pan on wire rack.
