Ingredients

    2.5 # ground beef
    1/2 lg onion
    2 C frozen peas--defrost while cooking
    2 tsp each ginger, tumeric, cinnamon, curry
    1/5 C diced potato--used the mini muticolored
    794 g can diced fire roasted tomatoes
    1 lg fresh tomato

Tips

Can be prepped ahead and stored in fridge overnight. Add peas at end and warm thought o prevent mushy peas.


Directions

Brown beef, onion, and spiced together, Dice potatoes and add to crock pot, add all tomatoes. Cover with meat. Cook for 7 hrs on low, add thawed peas and warm through. Can be served with another starch.
