Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups grated raw carrot ( or minced in food processor)
    1 cup raisins (not packed)
    1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds (no salt)
    1 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup whipped salad dressing
    1/4 cup wine vinegar

Tips

"Craisins" or other dried fruit bits are a good alternative for raisins, and any other chopped nut instead of sunflower seeds. I used what I had.


Directions

combine all ingredients and serve!
