Ingredients

    2 slices of cucumber
    1 TBLSPN dry dill weed
    1 TSPN onion powder
    1 TSPN garlic powder
    1 TBLSPN dry parley
    1 dash of salt
    6 ounces Chobani plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup sour cream (I used regular, but can use low fat)

Directions

Dice cucumber finely and mash by hand. Add all dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Stir briskly. Chill for 15 minutes.
