    Low Fat Feta Cheese
    Low Fat Mozzarella cheese
    Low fat or Whipped Cream cheese
    Fresh Spinach
    Fresh Kale
    Fresh Scallions
    fresh Red Peppers
    Canned Artichoke hearts in water (drained)
    6 whole eggs
    4 egg whites
    Water
    Salt and Pepper

Tips

This is a weight watchers recipe (2pts) I added the Mozz cheese and Kale to mine so the points may be off a little. I also use canned artichoke hearts in water, not frozen and low fat Feta (but couldn't find these specific ingredients in the list.


Directions

Bake 350 for 18-22 minutes. I bake in a cupcake pan to make individual servings. Spray pan with Pam spray (I use butter flavor)
