Ingredients

    Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 C
    Blueberries - fresh 1/2 C
    Kale (fresh pieces chopped) - 1/2 C
    Spinach (Fresh Express baby spinach in the bag) - 1/2C
    Banana (fresh or fresh frozen) - 1/2 medium size
    Ice - about a cup
    Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla flavor - 1 scoop




Tips

**If I am really hungry I add a 1/2 apple or some strawberries


Directions

I mix everything in the order listed and mix in my Vitamix about a minute - so yummy

Serving Size: Makes 1 20oz cup
