Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
4 Fresh Broccoli Spears (about 5" long)
.5 Head of Fresh Cauliflower
2 Large Raw Carrots
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
1 - 8 oz. Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
1 - block Extra Firm Tofu, pre-baked to taste
.25 cu Chopped Onions
.5 Fresh Red Sweet Pepper
.25 cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Thai Sweet Red Chili Sauce
3 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
Tips
Smaller pieces (thin carrot strips, for example) heat faster and get tender more quickly.
Directions
Cut vegetables to appropriate stir fry sizes. Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat in large skillet, saute pan or wok. Add vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet chili sauce. Stir occasionally until vegetables absorb some of the sauces and reach desired tenderness. That's it!
