Ingredients

Half a cup Tofu silken firm
80ml of coconut milk+150 ml water( if you use almond milk feel free to triple the amount of milk, and omit the water)
1 tbsp cocoa
2-3 tsp of natreen( or other sweetener of your choice)
vanilla extract (it's ok if you omit this)
Tips
you can also substitute the coconut milk with almond milk or hazelnut milk, it will be great too! also you can sweeten this smoothie with banana or agave syrup but it wont be low carb anymore!( but when comes to bananas i dont care about carbs..)
Directions
place all the ingredients in a blender, then add some ice and enjoy!!!
