Introduction

A filling breakfast, great after a workout. A filling breakfast, great after a workout.

Ingredients

    Pour 8-12 ounces of Almond Milk (unsweetened regular or vanilla) into a tall glass. (I put mine in a tall, wide mouth plastic drinking glass because I blend the smoothie with an immersion blender.
    Add frozen fruit (2 cups assorted fruits)
    Add 1 T ground flax seed
    Add 1T protein powder


    Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Tips

Add more/less almond milk to get the smoothie to your desired thickness.
