Ingredients

    1 8 oz can of flaked blue crab
    1/2 cup reduced fat mayo
    1 brick fat free cream cheese, softened
    4 oz shredded reduced fat cheddar
    juice from 1 lemon
    2 tbsp. garlic
    2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp ground mustard seed
    1 tbsp worcestshire sauce

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the crab and mix well.
Fold blue crab in.
Transfer dip into a shallow pan
Bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown on top
Serve with crackers or bread (not included in calorie information)

Serving Size: Makes 8 sizeable servings for an appetizer or cocktail party
