    3 tomatoes chopped
    1 small onion finally chopped
    1 small green pepper chopped
    1 small yellow pepper chopped
    1 small red pepper chopped
    4 oz. chile (green)
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 Tbl red wine vinegar
    1 Tbl olive oil
    1/2 cup pineapple chunks
    2 limes, juiced
    1-2 mangos chopped
