    160 grams Cabbage, , fresh, chopped up
    160 grams Cauliflower, raw, chopped
    160 grams Broccoli, fresh, chopped
    144 gram Courgette, chopped
    16 grams Onion Rings, chopped
    160 grams Carrots, raw, chopped
    1 Knorr Stock Pot Chicken
    2 Knorr Stock Pots Veg
    3 Pints Hot Water


Directions

METHOD
1st/ Put Water on to Boil

Throw all veg( apart from cabbage) in the 3 Pints of hot water with stock cubes added and dissolved , simmer for 30mins.
Add Cabbage simmer a further 10 mins
