Ingredients

    100g soaked dried apricots
    100 grams almond meal or almonds
    30g sultanas
    30g rolled oats
    50g dates
    50g dried figs
    50g dried apple
    Sesame seeds, linseeds or coconut, to coat.

    You can use any combination of dried fruit/nuts in addition to the almond meal and apricots

Tips

You can use lots of different types of fruit and nuts, eg. Goji berries, chia seeds, cranberries, hazelnut meal etc.


Directions

Purée almond meal and drained apricots in food processor. Then add all other ingredients and process until desired texture (smooth - chunky). Finally, roll into small balls of about 2 tsps of the mixture each and coat in sesame seeds, linseeds or coconut.

Serving Size: Makes about 100 small balls
