Introduction

This is much heavier than a regular dutch baby, but sweeter and still good! This is much heavier than a regular dutch baby, but sweeter and still good!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup Almond Milk
    4 eggs
    1 Cup Flower
    1 tsp Vanilla

Tips

Serve with butter, or lemon and powdered sugar, yogurt, or fresh fruit!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Spray/Butter pan - the best to use is an iron pan, but I use a small casserole dish because that's all I have right now.

Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on oven, and thinness of batter (which only changes depending on the size of the pan/dish).

Done when bubbled up over the edges and slightly golden brown at edges.
