Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 28-32oz bag of hashbrowns
    1 32oz chicken broth
    1- 8oz fat free cream cheese
    4 wedges of laughing cow cream cheese chive and onion
    1 cup skim milk

Tips

You can do without the laughing cow cheese but it makes it a little more seasony!


Directions

Mix hasbrowns, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in crock pot and put on high for one hour.

Add cream cheeses and cook another hour on low.

Add milk and cook 15-30 minutes on low

Serving Size: Make 8-10, 1 cup per servings
