Ingredients

    2 heads of baby bok choy (separate from stem)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Separate the baby bok choy from the stem, wash and dry thoroughly. Coat the baby bok choy in the sesame and olive oil mixture, then spread out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt (and pepper if you like). Roast in the oven between 10-15 min.
