Ingredients

1 TBSP - Minced Garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1 TBSP - Olive Oil
14oz. of Chicken Smoked Sausage
1 - 28oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 - 15oz can of Corn
1 - 15oz can White Beans, rinsed
1- 15oz can Black Beans, rinsed
2 TBSP Fahita Seasoning
Directions
in large braising pan, add olive oil. Add garlic and onion until caramelized. Cut sausage into coin size pieces. Sautee until brown. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and fahita seasoning. Cook on low for half hour or to reduced.
