Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/4 c soy sauce
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 c finely chopped cabbage
    1 med carrot, finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 tsp ginger
    1 pound of ground pork
    dash of salt and pepper
    12 egg roll wraps

Tips

I put the cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in the food processor, and finely chop all of the ingredients together.

Directions

Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Set aside.
In a skillet cook pork until done. Drain any fat off, and put pork into a bowl. To the skillet add the cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, & pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the pork back to the skillet with the soy sauce mixture. Cook and stir all for about 3 more minutes. Divide the mixture between the twelve egg roll wraps and roll up as you do egg rolls. You can brush the tops of the wraps with water or olive oil. Put on baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
