Ingredients

    Red leaf or similar lettuce (about 6 leaves)
    1 medium carrot - sliced
    1 stalk celery - sliced
    1 medium cucumber - peeled & diced
    .33 cup Kraft Tex mex Shredded Cheese
    1 Tomatoe diced

Tips

I usually have it with Raspberry Vinagrette dressing
