Ingredients

    Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits
    Jimmy Dean Sausage (any flavor)
    6 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns
    1 cup shredded Monterrey & colby cheese
    McCormick sausage gravy mix (makes 2 cups)
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

add salt & pepper to taste
you can add onions, green peppers, mushrooms or any other breakfast type vegetables (add with sausage)
allow casserole to rest for 5 minutes after removing from oven then pour a little of the remaining gravy over the top to add warmth


Directions

cut biscuits into 1" pcs and line bottom of 9 X 13 pan
brown sausage, drain and scatter over biscuits
sprinkle cheese over sausage
sprinkle potatoes over mixture
whip eggs in a bowl, add 1/2 c milk pour over mixture
milk gravy mix with water and pour 1/2 over mixture
bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes
slowly heat remaining gravy to pour over mixture after baking
