    6 Tablespoons butter
    2 cups Rice/ 1cup brown rice & 1 cup wild rice
    4 Cups chicken Broth
    3/4 cups chopped celery
    3/4 cup carrots
    3/4 cup parsley
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 pound mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
