Ingredients

In addition to using 1 tsp of olive oil I sprayed the pan with pam before sautéing the vegetables and cooking the eggs. You can also add salt and pepper as needed. To save on calories I only used half a slice of cheese.

Directions

First chop your vegetables of choice. Beat eggs in a separate container. Prep pan with pam, olive oil or any other cooking spray of choice. First add vegetable to pan to sauté with chopped up salmon (or any meat of choice) to pan. Next add in eggs to the pan and cook for about two minutes, then add pieces of cheese. While the eggs are cooking heat up the wrap in the microwave (to soften) for about 15 seconds. Once ingredients are fully cooked in the pan add everything to the wrap and fold. Then enjoy!
