    French Bread, sliced crosswise into about 8 thin slices (about 6 oz. bread total)
    Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz, cooked and drained
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz shredded
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Oregano and other italian seasonings, to taste


Make sauce by cooking and draining the ground turkey, adding seasonings and tomato sauce.

Spray a pan; put bread slices onto pan, top with sauce divided evenly, then with about 1/2 ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese on each piece.

Bake in a 400 oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
