    2 oz fat free cream cheese (softened)
    1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 cup Better n' egg substitute
    1 tsp cinnamon
    6 slices of Village Hearth Bread (any flavor)
    Cooking Spray


Prep time and cook time is approximate.


In medium size bowl mix egg substitute and cinnamon, set aside. Coat frying pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, pumpkin pie and pie spice together until blended well. On one slice of bread spread pumpkin mixture, top with second slice of bread. Place 'sandwich' in egg and coat both sides with egg. Place in frying pan on medium-high heat. Cook until brown then flip and cook until brown. Serve with or without syrup(this recipe calories does not include syrup).
