Ingredients

4 Turkey Italian Sweet Sausages
1 Can Cannellini Beans
1/2 Bell Pepper
2 baby zucchini
1 small red onion
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Parsley
2 T olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Tips
Can use any type of White Bean. If you prepare the beans ahead of time the flavors will Mingle better.
Directions
Take the 4 Italian Sweet Sausages and Grill or Pan Fry
While they cook
Drain and Rinse 1 can of Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans) Add to Medium Bowl
Dice up 1/2 of Yellow, Orange or Red bell pepper,
1 small Red Onion and
2 baby Zucchini's
and to bowl
Mince 1-2 cloves of garlic (to your taste)
1 tsp of Oregano chopped
2 tsp of parsley chopped
add to bowl with
2 T of Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all together and Divide into 4 portions on Plates or Bowls.
Slice Sausages and serve on top of Beans.
Serving Size: makes 4 equal portions
