Ingredients

    Stuffing:
    3 3/4 cooked pinto beans
    Half a medium onion, chopped
    3/4 C bell pepper, chopped
    1 TBPS Cumin
    1 TBSP Chili Powder
    2 C. Mexican Four Cheese Blend


    Shell:
    8- 10" flour tortillas

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in bowl and measure approximately 1 cup into each tortilla. Wrap tightly and place seam side down in baking dish. Bake at 350 Degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with fresh salsa (Calories not included)
