Ingredients



    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    *Besan - 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Green Chilli Pepper Fresh, 10 gram(s) (remove)
    Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp (remove)

Tips

you may mix besan and buttermilk on side and just add the mixure too.


Directions

Heat oil on medium heat, add mustard seeds, let it pop.
Add green beans, water and let it boil for 3 minutes, add buttermilk , chilli peper, salt and start adding besan floor 1 table spoon at a time and keep on mixing so that no lump is left. You may use manual hand mixer to break the lumps. Heat it while stirring for 7 minutes.
Add cilantro and coconut for the decotaion.
