Ingredients

    50g sashimi-grade salmon, cut into 1cm pieces
    50g smoked salmon, finely chopped
    2 Tbl lime juice
    1 eschalots, finely chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 Tbl capers, rinsed, drained & finely chopped
    2 Tbl dill, chopped
    1/2 Tbl Dijon mustard
    1/2 Tbl wholegrain mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients, season, cover & chill for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Serves 1 lightly or bulk up with asparagus & toasts
