Being I wanted to get my fruit in I had all of the ingredients on hand. Didn't want to add sugar but did. This makes a good Breakfast fruit or just a snack. Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Apple 4.15 oz, 5.7 oz.
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz.)
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp.
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp.
Tips
This is good for snacking on. when you are not very hungry but want something to eat.
Directions
No cooking. Just cut up fruit into a bowl add water, sugar & cinnamon. Put in refreg to get cold.
