Ingredients


    2 C Cooked Rice, Whole Grain Brown
    1 16 oz can Tomatoes with juice
    1 7 oz can Green Chili Peppers
    1 T Taco seasoning
    1 large Onions, raw coursly chopped
    3 Cloves Garlic
    2 can (10.75 oz) Chicken Broth
    12 oz Chicken Breast cooked (grilled)

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in a little chicken broth until onion is clear. Add cooked rice. and taco seasoning. Cook 2 min. add green chilies and cook 2 more min. Add remainging ingredients and simmer 30 min.
