Ingredients

    Chicken tenderloin
    Long grain rice
    Birds eye mixed vegetables
    progresso recipe starter creamy portabella mushroom

Directions

Use EVOO in a skillet and brown tenderloin. Add 1/4 can of the recipe starter and cover to finish cooking. Cook veggies and rice. Add rest of the can of recipe starter to the rice when it is done. To plate put rice, then veggies on top of rice. Slice chicken and lay on top of that. Serve
