Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

3.75 cups flour, or combo with whole wheat flour
    2 tsp dry yeast
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tsp olive oil
    1.33 cups lukewarm water

Directions

Makes 2 full cookie sheets of dough. You can freeze half and only make one pizza, or half recipe for one pizza

With Kitchen Aid knead 10 minutes, let rise about 2 hours.

I use the bread machine dough cycle and just put everything in and let it go.

Put ingredients in in the order your bread machine requires, for me, liquid first. Use dough cycle.

Take out and roll or push and press into an olive oiled or Pammed cookie sheet, will make thin crust, takes some pushing and pressing as it wants to stretch back in the beginning, but it will come around. Coat with pizza sauce, toppings, cheese, bake 400° for about 20-25 minutes or until done.

I cut one cookie sheet of pizza into 9 big slices for three people, but this is very generous. Done that way, it makes 300 calories in just crust for 3 pieces, plus toppings with additional calories. I go light on the cheese, heavy on the veggies and I like using ham or Canadian bacon for meat.
