Ingredients

1 can corn (15 oz)
2 cups Picante Chunky Salsa
1/2 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 cubes Knorr Chicken Bouillon
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thigh
1/2 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
Tips
For a quicker version, the soup can be cooked for ten minutes and doesn't need to be cooled.
Directions
1) Boil 4 cups water and add buillon
2) Mix in Salsa and corn
3) Saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper, mix into salsa mixture
4) Saute chicken, add to mixture
5) Add in cumin, chili powder, and salt
6) Cook for 45 minutes
7) Cool for 30 minutes
8) Add sour cream
