    2 large yellow onions diced
    2 green bell peppers diced
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    2 28 oz can organic diced tomatoes fire roasted
    1 15 oz organic tomato sauce
    2 15 oz can organic Kidney Beans
    1 1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
    2 ibs organic lean ground beef


I use this as a high protein breakfast


toss into Crock Pot set on low for 8.5 hours divide into 14 separate freezer containers and freeze
