    Incredible!
This was fantastic! My first time making chili - it was soooo easy! Substitutions I made: olive oil pam spray instead of olive oil, chili pepper paste instead of the 1 Can Hot Rotel Dice Tomatoes & Chiles. Perfect hotness level! - 1/26/09

I made this in the crok pot and it was very tasty. It's also really quick and easy to make. - 6/18/08

    Incredible!
She is not kidding when she says its hot!! I used original rotel instead and alot less chipotle and it was fantastic! I put a little low fat cheese and low sodium crackers on top and it is very filling and very healthy. Will make many more times! - 4/14/08
