Ingredients

    1.25 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    5 med. potatoes
    4 med. carrots
    5 stalks celery
    2 32 oz boxes chicken broth
    1 10 can chicken broth
    3 14.75 oz cans Cream of Chicken Soup
    5 Chicken Bullion Cubes

Tips

Heating the Cream of Chicken Soup with a can of Chicken broth before adding it to the other ingredients will ensure a smoother soup.


Directions

In large pot put the 2 32 oz boxes of chicken broth. Add chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery and bullion cubes.

In separate pot mix the cream of chicken soup with the extra can of chicken broth. When hot and smooth, put in with the rest of the soup.

Cook on low until potatoes and carrots are done.
