Introduction

I stole this from a kraft magazine, it is really delicious! I stole this from a kraft magazine, it is really delicious!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 Cup Light Ranch
    1/2 Cup 2% Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 Cup Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces
    1 Ybsp Parsley

Directions

Turn Oven to 350.
Put Potatoes in large bowl. Add ranch, bacon and cheese and stir till evenly mixed together
Spread in a 9x13 dish and cover with foil.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
2/3 cup per serving.

  • This was delicious, my husband came home from work and i had made this he said he wasn't hungry but when he sat down and ate this he had gobbled this up and was looking in the pan for more. haha, he asked for more bacon though, we love bacon!!!! great flavor! just amazing - 9/23/11

  • I used cesar dresssing and added a bit more (which was not needed after all). I added a bit more cheese. We thought this was great. It was gone in no time. My man asked for left overs. - 2/7/11
