I stole this from a kraft magazine, it is really delicious! I stole this from a kraft magazine, it is really delicious!
Number of Servings: 8


    2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 Cup Light Ranch
    1/2 Cup 2% Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 Cup Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces
    1 Ybsp Parsley


Turn Oven to 350.
Put Potatoes in large bowl. Add ranch, bacon and cheese and stir till evenly mixed together
Spread in a 9x13 dish and cover with foil.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
2/3 cup per serving.

  • This was delicious, my husband came home from work and i had made this he said he wasn't hungry but when he sat down and ate this he had gobbled this up and was looking in the pan for more. haha, he asked for more bacon though, we love bacon!!!! great flavor! just amazing - 9/23/11

  • I used cesar dresssing and added a bit more (which was not needed after all). I added a bit more cheese. We thought this was great. It was gone in no time. My man asked for left overs. - 2/7/11

  • I made this today for me and my sister since we have a mutual weakness for ranch-y potatoes. It turned out well, although the cheese would've fared better if I had put it on top instead of mixing it in. Will make it again soon! - 10/17/09

  • very good and easy just takes a long ime to bake. I added more cheese about 15 minutes before it was done cooking so some of the cheese was still creamy. - 1/29/09

  • This makes a huge amount. I used russet potatos and Lithouse Light Ceasar dressing because I had no ranch. It was very good. It takes well over an hour to cook. I sprayed Pam on the potatos about 15 minutes before they were done and they browned up nicely. Very good and a nice change - 1/21/09

  • I wasn't impressed...maybe I did something wrong but there was no flavor from the ranch and not enough other seasoning and the whole thing was a bit dry. I'll stick with my rosemary potatoes. - 6/2/08
