Very tasty, sweet, nutty Banana Bread

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    0.75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A,
    1 tsp Salt
    3 tbsp Corn Oil
    4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh, 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    1 cup, chopped Walnuts
    3.50 tsp Baking Powder
    1.50 cup Granulated Sugar,
    2.50 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified
    1 large Egg white, fresh

Directions

Grease two bread pans and sprinkle with flour.
Add all dry ingredients together well.
Add the egg, milk and oil into the dry mix.
Mashed the bananas with a "ricer" masher.
Add the mashed bananas, mix well.
Add the chopped nuts, mix well.
Pour into two bread pans and bake for about 55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes two loaves.
