Ingredients

    olive oil 1 table spoon
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .50 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Onion, Green Onion, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Clove of Garlic, 3 serving (remove)
    *1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, .25 serving (remove)
    *YELLOW PEPPER 1/2 pepper serv., 1 serving (remove)
    *1 small orange pepper, 1 serving (remove)
    *Italian Sausage - Bird Farm Bulk Sausage, 2.5 oz (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

simmer for 30 minutes on low or place in small slow cooker on low for 2 hours. Watching closely so it does not burn or stick.


Directions

saute mushrooms, peppers tomatoes, onions with olive oil. I used 1 table spoon
add tomato sauce 16 oz can
garlic, basil, oregano
brown sausage and add to sauce.
simmer on low for 30 - 60 minutes on low.


Serving Size: 4- 6 depending if you use it as a side or main course
