Ingredients

    ½ cup Onions, chopped
    ½ cup green bell peppers, chopped
    3 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp parsley flakes
    1 c. lentils
    7 c. organic low sodium vegetable broth
    Sea Salt - to taste
    Black Pepper - to taste

Tips

Cooks best if you don't add salt and pepper until at the very end.


Directions

Place ingredients into slow cooker and mix well. Cook on high for 6 hours, or about 360 minutes.
